Community Fundraising Event:
Launch of CAL & TAC’s STUDIO LOAN
On May Day (May 1), ICA LA hosts the Contemporary Art League and The Artist’s Contract fundraising launch for their joint venture: STUDIO LOAN. This project meets the need that artists in the Los Angeles region have for affordable, short-term studio space. They have a goal to raise $5,000 to implement its online platform.
Come learn about STUDIO LOAN over food and drinks in solidarity with fellow arts workers, artists, and supporters. Join CAL, TAC, and ICA LA in celebration of this day commemorating the historic struggles and gains made by workers and the labor movement while raising crucial funds for this meaningful project.
