At ICA LA, we weave a tapestry of unique partnerships. We see our role as a connector, multiplier, magnifier, and amplifier where art spurs dialogue and makes connections between communities. We foster a collective dialogue to promote lifelong enjoyment, learning, and engagement through the arts.
Experiences in learning at ICA LA are developed through a network of relationships that provide greater contexts, deeper research, and hands-on experience around the practices involved in making art. The museum is committed to exploring different ways to collaborate with artists from all disciplines beyond our exhibitions—from our Artist Council, a group of LA–based artists who advise the museum to working closely with artists to create engaging events and educational programs for the public.

ICA LA seeks to build connections between communities and institutions through projects that create impact and dialogue that are broader and deeper than our ideas alone.
